The Grand Bursa Mosque is one of the most fascinating masterpieces of the Ottoman era in Bursa, located in the heart of the city near its lively centers, the first large mosque built by the Ottomans.

The Grand Bursa Mosque was built between 1396 and 1400 ad under the supervision of the architect Ali Al-Najjar under the orders of the 4th Ottoman Sultan of Bayazid I, where he pleaded for God and invited him to win the battle of Niğbolu, which was against the Crusaders and victory was heralded to build twenty mosque in the country. After his victory in the battle, Sultan Beazid ordered his son to build a mosque with 20 unprecedented dome of money he had made from crusaders.
